Vehicle Registration Renewal
Please arrive at the office 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Service Description
- To renew the registration on a vehicle in your name you will need to bring the following with you to your appointment: • Valid government-issued ID or Drivers License • Current insurance meeting AS 28.22.011 and AS 28.10.011 requirements and verifiable in DMV's system or dated within the last 30 days • Completed Vehicle Transaction Application •(Click on Pencil to the right to access forms -->) ** This is a single transaction appointment, if you have other transactions that need to be processed please schedule the appropriate appointments separately. Alaska law requires insurance to be on any vehicles for road use and the DMV is now requiring us to verify vehicles are insured as long as they are registered for any transaction. Please have verifiable insurance on the vehicle before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint time to avoid a potential rescheduling fee of $20.00. Email appointments@susitnadmv.com with your appointment date/time and request to cancel or call 907-733-2266 and leave your appointment date/time in a voice message.
