Service Description
Transfer Of Ownership: In order to transfer a vehicle title and registration into your name you will need to bring with you: • Government issued ID or Driver's License • Original Vehicle Title or Manufacturer's Certificate of Ownership (MCO) • Original completed Vehicle Transaction Application • Lien Release if previously financed and lienholder did not sign off title Registration Renewal: To renew the registration on your vehicle you will need to bring: • Government issued ID or Driver's License • Vehicle VIN or plate number • Original completed Vehicle Transaction Application Lien Release: If you are not transferring ownership but need to remove the lienholder you will need: • Government issued ID or Driver's License • Original title signed off by lienholder or original title and lien release document from lienholder with date, signature and title of person releasing lien • Original completed Vehicle Transaction Application (Click on Pencil to the right to access forms -->)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint time to avoid a potential rescheduling fee of $20.00. Email appointments@susitnadmv.com with your appointment date/time and request to cancel or call 907-733-2266 and leave your appointment date/time in a voice message.
