Homemade Trailers
Please arrive at the office 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Service Description
- To title and register a homemade trailer you will need to bring the trailer itself and the following to your appointment: *Valid government issued ID or Drivers License *Certified weight slip for trailer *Completed Homebuilt Trailer Affidavit *Completed Vehicle Transaction Application - To expedite the transaction please bring all requested documents and if possible bring the paperwork already filled out. This is a single transaction appointment, if you have other transactions that need to be processed please schedule the appropriate appointments separately.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint time to avoid a potential rescheduling fee of $20.00. Email appointments@susitnadmv.com with your appointment date/time and request to cancel or call 907-733-2266 and leave your appointment date/time in a voice message.
