Service Description
In order to transfer a vehicle title into your name you will need to bring with you the following to your appointment: • Valid government-issued ID or Drivers License • Original Vehicle Title (signed off by the previous owner) or Manufacturer's Certificate of Ownership (MCO) • Completed Original Vehicle Transaction Application • Lien Release if Previously Financed and Lienholder Did Not Sign Off Title (Click on Pencil to the right to access forms -->)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint time to avoid a potential rescheduling fee of $20.00. Email appointments@susitnadmv.com with your appointment date/time and request to cancel or call 907-733-2266 and leave your appointment date/time in a voice message.
